The 17th edition of the International Dollhouse Miniature Show - SIMP Expo Paris 2022 Dollshouse show was held the Sunday, June 19, 2022 in Paris. And I'm a little late to publish this post.
I was impatient to find the familiar faces of my colleagues and exhibiting friends, but also curious to discover new artists and new creations. Exhibitors were slightly more numerous than last year which was still under pressure from the COVID risk.
This renowned international exhibition has once again offered informed and neophyte collectors a wide range of artisanal miniatures. These miniatures will have nourished the creativity of the amateurs that we are, in order to imagine our next dollhouses, our next Room Boxes or quite simply a small scene in reduced model.
The artists and exhibitors are often, like me, amateurs and customers of other shops in order to complete their creations.
On this first post for the visit of the show, we will find the following exhibitors:
Our Franco-English friends from Seaside Miniature presented their miniature furniture and houses in 1/24th and 1/48th scale. They remain an infinite source of inspiration for me. It takes golden fingers to assemble all this tiny furniture that comes in kit form. So these creations exist in assembled and painted versions.
You can find their products on Etsy : Seaside Miniature Etsy
The exhibitor from Spain Victoria HEREDIA, a sculptress from Malaga makes magnificent miniature sculptures and dolls. These dolls all have glass eyes. Some examples below
Maria can be reached by email: victoriaheredia@hotmail.es
Art of Mini by the Dutch Janny Warnaar, this year offers an even richer choice of miniature houses in kit form at 1/12th and 1/24th scales. I really liked these many charming wooden and mdf collectibles, as well as the English-style printed paper or cardboard objects.

What a magnificent collection of pumpkins and squashes on a 1/12th scale offers our Italian colleague Loredana Tonetti of 64 TNT Miniature !!
I really appreciated the quality and finesse of its collections of decorated cakes that we would love to eat, its dangerous mushrooms, its sets of teapots and its furniture in a fancy style.
You can follow Loredana Tonetti: on Facebook 64TNTminiatures or with here Etsy shop
Admire the delicacy of the work on the foot of strawberries.
The refined world of the Italian artist of Cri's Mini in shabby chic attracts me a lot.
His compositions of hatboxes and miniature flowers on a 1/12th scale are sumptuous.
The realization of the cakes in mounted pieces are so appetizing that it makes the mouth water and we want to run to buy a real cake in a good pastry shop.
Her little cubs are so charming that we want to bring them home.

Our colleague Les Petits chapeaux de Coralie amazes us again this year with an ever-rich choice of her old miniature hats. Coralie works with the most beautiful silk materials, ostrich ceremonial feathers, peacock feathers, black pearls, etc...
Classic, extravagant, beautiful time, are the first words that come up when you discover the collection of miniature hats in 1/12th scale. I really liked the fairy or witch hats. If you can't find what you need, Coralie also makes custom hats to dress your most beautiful BJD dolls.
